All equipment is normally (subject to stock availability) despatched for delivery within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) using ParcelForce courier delivery service. The exception to this are items suitable for delivery using Royal Mail standard delivery. Where we have been provided with a broadband 'Service Activation' date either by you or by your service provider, we will arrange delivery (up to 7pm) on the working day before this date. If you are not available to sign for the receipt of your order, ParcelForce will provide you with details of how to collect your equipment, or how to arrange for redelivery. If you request alternative delivery location directly with ParcelForce any associated delivery charges need to be settled directly with ParcelForce. The DSL Shop returns policy: If a replacement or repair is necessary you will be requested to send the product to the RETURNS DEPT. at the address below, together with a completed Returns Authorisation Number request form. Any products returns without a completed RAN request form will not be processed. Click here to download our RAN request form (Please obtain the authorisation number before despatching equipment to DSL Shop) You should then repackage only the faulty unit together with a copy of the completed RAN form. Mark clearly on the outside of the package the Returns Authorisation Number - if this is omitted it may result in your return being delayed or refused at our goods inwards facility. When to contact the manufacturer If you have a product related enquiry you should contact the equipment manufacturer directly. If you are unsure or uncertain that you will be able to configure your product purchase for use on a Broadband Line Only service, we offer an individual pre-configuration service, which can be purchased at the time of order. Your equipment will then either be preconfigured with your broadband account information, or you will be provided with an individually customised Install Wizard CD-ROM. Thomson (SpeedTouch) offer a premium rate telephone technical support service for UK broadband subscribers: 8am to 8pm, Monday-Saturday on 0906 3022114. All calls are charged at 50p per minute.
